PE/PP/PVC Wood Plastic Composite Profile Extrusion Line

This item adopt plastic or recycling plastic (PE/PP) and fibre filling (wood flour and other fibre: rice chaff, straw staff, nut parting etc.) as main material (more than 95%), the product of which is ------“wood plastic composite”, hereinafter called “WPC”.

SJZ Series Conical Twin-screw Pelletizing Production Line

This line consists of Conical Twin-screw Extruder and relevant auxiliary machines, which is mainly used for producing PP, PE, PVC powder mixing with wood flower and filling material granules, the finished granules are evengranular, dense, and have good appearances. Auxiliary machines adopt die surface to granule, air for supplying material, shaking and separating for cooling. So this line is high automatic and higher efficient.
